FOTHG Technology (the "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea, to protect the personal information of data subjects and handle related concerns promptly.
1.Purpose of processing
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes only.
- Receiving and responding to consultation and quote requests
- Managing inquiry history
- Preventing spam and abuse

3.Retention period
Personal information is kept for one year after the inquiry is resolved and then destroyed without delay. If a contract is concluded, it is kept for the period required by applicable laws.
4.Destruction
- Personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period ends or the purpose is achieved.
- Electronic files, including email, are permanently deleted so they cannot be recovered.
- Paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
5.Provision to third parties
The Company processes personal information only within the stated purposes and provides it to third parties only in cases permitted under Articles 17 and 18 of the Act, such as with consent or as required by law. No personal information is currently provided to third parties.

If you do not wish your information to be transferred overseas, you can contact us by phone (+82-32-278-1611) instead. Without consent, the web inquiry form cannot be used.
8.Your rights
- You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time.
- Requests can be made by email (contact@fothg.com) or phone (+82-32-278-1611), and the Company will act without delay.
- Rights may also be exercised through a legal representative or authorized agent with a power of attorney.
9.Security measures
- All communication with the website and inquiry form is encrypted with HTTPS.
- Access to personal information is limited to the CEO.
- Inquiry contents are not stored separately on the website server.
- Measures against automated spam and abuse are in place.
